Virtual Sessions
If you have scheduled a virtual session, please check your email for an auto generated link to our session.
For clients using a mobile device for the virtual session, please download the free Telehealth by SimplePractice app for our session.
logging into the client Portal
If you are an existing client, please enter your email and you will be sent a link to enter my Client Portal. There are no passwords to remember and the system is HIPPA compliant.
Make an Appointment
New Client
If you are a new client, in Step 5 of requesting your first appointment, you will be asked to provide some basic information. The email and phone number that you provide will be the information used to login into my Client Portal.
If you are making an appointment for the first time, the Client Portal will also prompt you to complete all new client forms after I have accepted your appointment request.
Existing Client
If you are an existing client, the process is the same except that there is no prompt to specify the client, add your information and there are no forms to complete.
Cancel or change an Appointment
If you are an existing client, you may view your upcoming and requested appointments. You may also cancel an appointment and request a new date and time.
Communicate with Joan
If you are an existing client, you may use the message icon on the top right of the Client Portal to communicate with me in a HIPPA compliant manner.
Billing and Payments
Please do not pay bills using the Client Portal at this time. I am in the process of changing my payment methods and ask that all clients please continue to use the Payments page on this website.
